Privacy policy
What Ondrya collects, why, and who handles it. We collect billing details and nothing for advertising.
Ondrya LLC (“we”, “us”) is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This policy covers this website and the billing site at my.ondrya.com.
In short: we collect the details we need to bill you. We do not track you for advertising. We do not sell your information. Your payment details go straight to Stripe or PayPal, encrypted.
What we collect
Billing details. When you order or open an account, we collect your name, username, billing address, and email address. We use them to create your account, send invoices and receipts, keep our accounting records, and contact you about your service.
Payment details. You enter these on a Stripe or PayPal payment form. They are sent to Stripe or PayPal over an encrypted connection and handled under their privacy policies: Stripe and PayPal. We do not collect any other payment information from you.
Messages you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, a message, and what it is about. We use it only to reply to you. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.
Basic technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security and to run the site. They include your IP address and the pages requested. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
The network test. The network page sends a few small requests from your browser to our servers to time them, and asks Cloudflare for your approximate location to place a dot on the map. The results stay in your browser. We do not store them.
What we do not do
- We do not track you for advertising, and we do not use ad networks or advertising cookies.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not collect information about you beyond what is listed above.
Who handles your information
- Stripe and PayPal process your payments.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the analytics and spam check.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) delivers contact form messages to us by email.
We share your information with them only so they can do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep the information we collect for one year. If you no longer have active services with us, you can ask us to delete your information before then.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. If you no longer have active services with us, you can also ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. We may need to keep billing records that the law requires us to keep.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
Terms of service
The terms for using this website and the hosted services you order from Ondrya.
These terms are an agreement between you and Ondrya LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company based in Raleigh (“we”, “us”). They cover this website and the hosted services you order from us, such as game servers. By using the website or ordering a service, you agree to them.
Services we provide under a separate written agreement, such as managed infrastructure, are covered by that agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Your account
- Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you give access to.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
The services
We provide hosting resources, such as game servers that you manage through our panel. What each plan includes is described when you order it. We may update the services over time. If a change would significantly reduce what you have paid for, we will tell you first.
We work to keep the services running. We do not promise uninterrupted service or any specific uptime unless a written agreement says so. Maintenance, failures, and attacks can cause downtime.
Billing and payment
- Prices are shown when you order. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. See our Privacy policy.
- You agree to pay the fees for the services you order.
- Services are billed month to month and renew automatically each month.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling means the service does not renew for the next month.
- If a payment fails and is still unpaid after 3 days, we may suspend the service until it is paid.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may suspend or end a service that breaks it.
Your content and backups
You own the files, worlds, and data you put on your services. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the service for you.
Backups are your responsibility. The panel has backup tools. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Suspension and ending a service
- You can stop using a service at any time. How cancellation works is described under Billing and payment.
- We may suspend or end a service if you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. We try to warn you first when we can. We may act right away when needed to protect our network, other customers, or other people.
- When a service ends, the server is terminated and none of its live data is kept. Backups are kept for 7 days, then removed.
No warranty
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, express or implied, including that the services will meet your needs or be free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
This website
The Ondrya name, logo, and website content belong to Ondrya LLC. Please do not copy them without permission. Use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the services after that date, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Acceptable use policy
What is not allowed on Ondrya services or our network.
This policy applies to everyone who uses Ondrya services, including game servers, and to anyone you give access to. It protects our network (AS18636), our customers, and other people on the internet. It is part of our Terms of service.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your services. That includes what other players, sub-users, plugins, mods, and scripts do on them.
You may not use our services to
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Attack or disrupt other systems. That includes denial-of-service attacks, scanning for weaknesses without permission, breaking into systems, and running malware or botnets.
- Send spam, phishing, or other unwanted bulk messages.
- Host or share child sexual abuse material. We remove it and report it to the authorities as the law requires.
- Infringe other people’s rights. That includes running pirated or cracked software, and sharing content you do not have the right to share.
- Harass or threaten people, or publish their private information.
- Mine cryptocurrency, or run open proxies, public VPN services, or open mail relays. A game proxy for your own network is fine.
- Use more than your fair share of resources in a way that harms other customers.
- Get around limits, suspensions, or security controls.
Keeping your service secure
- Use strong, unique passwords.
- Do not share your password. Give other people their own login where the panel allows it.
- Keep your server software and plugins up to date, and remove ones you no longer use.
- Tell us right away if you think your account or server has been compromised.
What we may do
If we think this policy has been broken, we may investigate, remove content, limit or suspend a service, or end it. We try to warn you first when we can. We may act right away when needed to protect our network, other customers, or other people, or when the law requires it. We may share information with law enforcement when the law requires it.
