Ondrya provides IT consulting, custom development and discord bot hosting. Specific details regarding the scope of service is outlined separately. We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
3.1 - All payments must be made in full before services begin unless a special contract exist.
3.2 - Failure to pay an invoice as agreed upon will result in immediate suspension or termination in said service unless agreed upon specific terms (Net 30/60).
3.3 - A 5% late fee is added to any outstanding payments.
5.1 - Ondrya strives to provide high quality services however we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
5.2 - Ondrya is also limited by the information/files provided during the time of service.
7.1 - We reserve the right to terminate or suspend said service at any time for any reason including violates of these Terms.
7.2 - Clients may terminate their subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request on our helpdesk.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information necessary to complete their service. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of services provided. Clients must comply with laws and regulations. Any misuse or misconduct will result in termination without refund regardless on progress.
4.1 - All sales are final. Once work begins, no refunds will be issues under any circumstances. Clients are prohibited from initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with their financial institutions for any reason including unsatisfaction from the service outcome.
6.1 - Client Data for hosting not limited to discord bots are kept on our servers until said service is terminated.
6.2 - Services such as bot hosting are scheduled at regular 6 hour intervals on the clock. Backups are held for 7 days and are rotated daily.
6.3 - While we do backup your data, we strongly recommend making local backups in the case that our cloud backups are non-recoverable.
8.1 - Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and activities carried out with their account. We are not responsible for any losses, damages or liabilities in result for wrongful or illegal use of your account.
