Network and ports
The Network tab lists the IP address and ports assigned to your server.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”Players connect to the address and the main port shown there. Most games assume a default port. If yours is different, players must type the port as well, after a colon.
Extra ports
Section titled “Extra ports”Some games or plugins need more than one port, for example a map viewer or a query port. Your plan includes a set number of extra ports, and the limit can always be increased. Add one from the Network tab, then set the game or plugin to use it.
The game must listen on the right port
Section titled “The game must listen on the right port”The panel assigns the port. The game has to be configured to use it. If you can see the server running but players cannot connect, check that the port in the game’s config matches the primary one in the panel.
Firewalls
Section titled “Firewalls”Ports on the Network tab are open for the server. You do not manage a firewall for them. If players still cannot connect, see Troubleshooting.
